About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at Kings Manpower Cooperative in Surigao City, Surigao del Norte. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchasing decisions, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
- Maintaining a clean, well-organised, and visually appealing sales floor
- Accurately processing customer transactions, including cash handling and inventory management
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in product training and merchandising activities to stay up-to-date on our offerings
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent customer service orientation and a genuine passion for helping others
