Remote Operations Executive

What You'll Do

As our Operations Executive, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations. You'll be responsible for:

* **Shift Coordination:** Building and maintaining efficient schedules to ensure we have the right people in the right places at the right time.

* **Leave Management:** Handling leave requests and managing team schedules to minimize disruptions.

* **Schedule Optimization:** Continuously analyzing and improving our scheduling processes to boost efficiency and productivity.

* **Administrative Functions:** Handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the team's needs.

* **Application Optimization:** Identifying ways to optimize our use of computer applications to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

* **Communication:** Acting as the go-to person for team members regarding scheduling and operational questions.

* **Problem-Solving:** Proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges as they arise.


Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for making a real impact. You should have:

* Proven experience in a similar operations, coordination, or scheduling role.

* Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).

* Experience with **optimizing and improving workflows** using computer applications.

* The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
