  • Responsible in leading the administration of fund management of the company, ensuring that the company has funds for its current and long-term obligations.

  • Manages internal and external movement of cash. Safeguards physical asset and other insurable items through acquisition of Insurance Policies.

  • Ensure that banking and funding requirements are in place before opening of new stores.

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or Banking and Finance

  • Knowledgeable in cash management and banking transactions

  • More than 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably 3yrs in Treasury

  • Analyzes the current cash position of the enterprise comparative to the historical cash flow and assesses the readiness to support the future expenditure

  • Promptly reports to management high risk of fund shortage as a result of the analysis performed.

  • Performs Daily administration of accounts with the bank that funds the planned disbursement.

  • Establishes a healthy relationship with bank partners for efficient bank transaction especially those items needing urgent actions.

  • Verifies all documents before routing/transmitting to signatories/banks.

  • Maintains timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all deliverables.

  • Provides mentoring and coaching by supervising, reviewing, and conducting annual performance evaluation of subordinates.
