Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist at Megaworld Makati. The role includes responsibilities such as assisting clients with property needs, marketing residential and commercial properties, managing client inquiries, and ensuring excellent client service. The Property Specialist is expected to stay updated on market trends and work both onsite in Makati and remotely as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience or knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Proficiency in Sales with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
