We are in need of an experienced accountant and who has knowledge in using Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, Tally OnWheels and Ultra Tax. Professionals to support Tax Kickoff calls and actual processing of returns. A qualified professional who assists clients to file income tax returns and who will assist clients during the tax preparation process to complete all tax forms, and ensure that completed forms follow legislation and regulations.

Job Qualification:


Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Minimum of 1 year work experience handling accounting tasks.

Computer literate and with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks is essential.

Must have knowledge and experience with Managerial Accounting and Financial Accounting, accounting course practice or accounting major is preferred

Must have work experience in bookkeeping and/or with data entry

Be highly patient, with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Must ensure confidentiality

Solid interpersonal skills and experience in Customer Service and Sales

A quick learning capacity of a product or service

Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude

Able to work on US Timezone crossover with PH timezone from Monday to Friday
