Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:

Oversee the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accurate preparation and finalization of both statutory and internal reports.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to regulations from bodies like BIR, SEC, LGU, and PEZA, and manage the timely submission of required documents.

  • Procure-to-Pay Process:

Work closely with internal teams to align purchase orders with business needs, and review and approve payment requests while adhering to company policies to prevent errors and fraud.

  • Revenue and Collections:

Serve as the main point of contact for tenant-related accounting issues, directing concerns to the appropriate internal teams. Implement and enforce collection policies to address overdue accounts and recover past-due payments.
