We're seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior SAP Consultant – Finance & Accounting within the pharmaceutical industry to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

The Senior SAP Consultant – Finance & Accounting is responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to support the company's strategic financial operations. This role combines deep accounting expertise with advanced SAP system knowledge to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and provide accurate and timely financial insights for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations, including project planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Analyze complex financial and accounting processes, identifying opportunities for automation, accuracy, and process improvement using SAP solutions.
  • Configure and maintain SAP modules covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost/Profit Center Accounting.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes in SAP, ensuring accurate financial reporting and system integrity.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to integrate SAP with other business systems and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop and customize financial reports and dashboards using SAP tools and analytics.
  • Conduct user training, mentoring, and change management to ensure effective SAP utilization across the Finance Department.
  • Manage SAP system upgrades, testing, and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Finance and Controlling modules, providing strategic recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years specializing in SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation.
  • Proven track record in leading SAP finance projects or serving as a key functional consultant.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and statutory reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or SAP ECC.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
  • SAP Certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance (an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php140, Php150,000.00 per month
