Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and prepare items based on picking lists or system-generated orders
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of picked items before dispatch
  • Safely handle, pack, and label products according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned picking areas
  • Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the Supervisor immediately
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, scanner) safely and efficiently
  • Follow warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures at all times
  • Support other warehouse activities as needed

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent
  • With valid NC II Certification in Warehousing, Logistics, or a related field
  • With experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules and a fast-paced environment
