The Head of Clinic Management Services is responsible for overseeing the overall operational performance, administrative efficiency, and service quality of all clinics under the organization. This role ensures that clinic operations are aligned with company policies, healthcare regulations, and strategic business objectives. The Head of Clinic Management Services works closely with the Medical Director, Sales and Marketing, HR, and Finance teams to ensure consistent standards, operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and sustainable clinic growth across all branches.
Qualifications- At least 3–8 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations with 3–5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role, preferably in multi-branch clinic management
Proven experience in operations oversight, process improvement, and service quality management
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of clinic operations, healthcare workflows, and administrative systems
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and patient safety requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Willingness to conduct regular clinic visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Ability to work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams
