Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to project close-out.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, cost tracking, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Lead on-site meetings and maintain ongoing communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or Primavera).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office work and on-site visits.
  • May involve travel to various project sites.
  • Must be able to work extended hours as required by project demands.
