Position Overview/Description - Paraplanner Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting business operations, managing documentation, and maintaining organizational efficiency in a remote environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contacting clients to follow up on administrative tasks and booking reviews
  • Attending initial and ongoing review meetings with clients and preparing pre-liminary file notes
  • Preparation of annual review packs, which include generating super statements, insurance summaries, quotes and comparisons, pension payment summaries, and market updates
  • Insurance, super and investment research
  • Advice implementation, preparation of insurance, super and investment applications.
  • Following up underwriting
  • Chant West and Omnium.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Dropbox, and LastPass.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a remote team environment.
  • High integrity in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Background in financial services or paraplanning (advantage for higher salary bracket).
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and best practices.

Work Schedule (Day shift)

  • Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM; Manila Time

Work Setup (WFH)

  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by the company
  • Candidates should have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed
