What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a variety of menu items with a focus on quality and consistency
  2. Cooking according to recipes and presentation standards
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work station
  4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  5. Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
  6. Assisting with menu planning and development as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations and quality standards
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  4. Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
