We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join a growing team in the furniture & interior design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting our admin team with timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
  • Prepare and issue invoices, track accounts receivable/payable
  • Maintain general ledger and assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Assist with payroll processing and monthly tax filings
  • Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Familiarity with BIR filings and PH tax regulations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
