TSD Coordinator

MDBI Construction Corp. is seeking a talented TSD Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Makati City.

Your role

• Coordinate for the approval of product data and methodology with subcons and designers.
• Uploads data of approval in library.
• Give updates to QC, Cost and Operations.
• Responsible for data security and distribution:
• a. Routing/Tracking plans
• b. Issuance of plans
• Represents in behalf of TSD Supervisor
• Review of WSD drawing with respect to:
• a. CB and product data
• b. Quantity and Cost implications
• c. Track/Assign schedule to Cadd operation
• d. Validate RFI from BIM and Site Condition
• e. Validate and lead clash analysis reporting to be presented in BIM work session
• f. Monitor and updates the Submittal Registry according to Project Execution Schedule.
• g. Review and ensure all shop drawings are based on updated plans, issued CBs or AIs and properly coordinated with multi-disciplines prior to consultants' approval
• h. Monitors shop drawings preparation (whether in-house or outsourced) according to Submittal Registry and Project Execution Schedule
• i. Monitors and coordinates with A/E of record on approval of submittals which include request for information (RFI) and request for approval (RFA)
• j. Collects redlined IFC/drawings from COG prior to as-built preparation (LOD 500)
• k. Calibrate model based on recent developments within the project, includes but not limited to design update and/or as per actual site condition
• l. Train and orient incoming additional staff of the project with technical skills of BIM and project overview
• m. Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company's QEHSMS Manual.
• n. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
