Job Summary Support Treasury Sales by ensuring accurate client documentation from onboarding through post‑deal requirements, coordinating with traders and business units, maintaining robust record‑keeping, and preparing compliance audits. Responsibilities Know the products and underlying documents required from clients. Assist Treasury Sales Traders in onboarding, deal, and post‑deal document requirements. Maintain a robust record‑keeping system and ensure all documents are properly uploaded to required portals. Send daily rate sheets to sales partners and Treasury direct clients. Assist RMs/branches with inquiries such as Treasury/RCAP outstanding investments, Treasury Bank Cert requests, client detail changes, coupon and maturity credits. Help business units properly fill client and deal details on required documents. Coordinate settlement and documentation of BU daily transactions and post‑deal follow‑up. Communicate with Retail Banking Group and Wealth Management Group on document deficiencies. Receive, check, consolidate, and submit BU forwarded documents to TSD and TrOps. Upload all submitted documents to EDMS. Organize pre‑deal and deal documents and create a monitoring master file. Consolidate daily OTC‑FX transactions and P&L for EOD reports. Reconcilce monthly shadow income reports for partner BUs and MIS reports from RCAP and Trust. Coordinate instructions/documentation for transactions requiring Branch‑settlement. Upload completed deal TD‑Fwd details to Google Sheets. File TD workflow for TD‑Fwd deals and other special TD rate requests. Prepare documents for audit and compliance requirements. Qualifications University graduate from a reputable institution. Trustworthy, responsible, flexible, organized and detail‑oriented with ability to multi‑task. Focused, enthusiastic, energetic and innovative to meet demands. Strong MS Office skills, good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and positive work attitude.
