Job Summary:

We are looking for a Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Thai and English, with strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience across multiple channels (chat, email, phone, or social media).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Thai and English via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate product or service information and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, technical support, etc.) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Translate and localize messages or documents for Thai customers when required.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, satisfaction score (CSAT), and resolution rate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Thai (native level) and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with technology and customer support tools (CRM systems, helpdesk software, etc.).
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
