Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of procurement or supply chain experience; F&B or retail industry preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier coordination, and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge in inventory management, cost analysis, and basic procurement systems (ERP/POS).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple urgent requests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Execute purchasing activities for both food (raw materials, ingredients, packaging) and non-food supplies (cleaning, uniforms, utilities).
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at the best cost and lead times.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate closely with operations, commissary, and warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Prepare purchase orders, validate delivery schedules, and follow up with suppliers to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular price benchmarking, cost analysis, and supplier performance evaluations.
  • Resolve delivery, invoice, or quality discrepancies in coordination with finance and operations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier contracts, and databases.
  • Support in developing procurement policies, systems, and continuous process improvement.
  • Uphold company values of accountability, respect, teamwork, and adaptability in all dealings.
