The IT Governance Senior is responsible for the tactical execution and monitoring of IT governance, risk, and compliance programs that enable The Moment Group's rapid, multi-brand expansion. This role acts as the primary implementer of policies and standards, ensuring operational consistency, compliance across decentralized locations, and high data quality to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

  1. Governance & Standardization Implementation

  2. F&B Tech Standardization Execution: Implement and audit the standardized IT configuration (network, hardware, POS software) for all new and existing restaurant concepts, ensuring strict adherence to the F&B Technology Standardization Program.

  3. Policy Enforcement: Serve as the day-to-day enforcement point for all approved IT policies and standards.ITSM Process Coordination: Coordinate and track adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) policies (based on ITIL principles) for critical processes like Incident and Request fulfillment, ensuring rapid response times for restaurant operational issues.

  4. Compliance, Risk, and Audit Support

  5. Transactional Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular internal audits and spot checks on restaurant locations to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS standards for payment processing and adherence to local regulatory requirements (e.g., BIR rules) in all Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

  6. GRC Tool Management: Maintain and update the GRC software or register with current control statuses, risk findings, and audit observations, providing reporting to the Senior Manager.

  7. Security Control Checks: Perform checks on decentralized security controls, such as access provisioning/de-provisioning, physical security of IT equipment, and compliance with the Payment & Data Security Program at the branch level

  8. Data Governance and Quality Assurance

  9. Master Data Quality Assurance: Execute the operational tasks of the Master Menu & Inventory Data Governance Program. This includes testing, verifying, and monitoring the quality, consistency, and syndication of key master data (e.g., menu items, pricing, recipes) across POS, inventory, and online ordering systems.

  10. System of Record (SoR) Validation: Validate that operational teams are correctly utilizing the designated Systems of Record (SoR) for master data, addressing data quality exceptions as they arise.

  11. Project Support and New Branch Rollout

  12. New Store IT Readiness: Act as the IT Governance point-of-contact for the Rapid New Store Deployment Program, ensuring all technology installations meet pre-defined governance and security checklists before opening day.

  13. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for IT procedures and policies relevant to branch managers and restaurant staff. Support the deployment of the IT Security Awareness Program at the operational level.
