Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements
  • Analyses quantifies and prepares materials, the quantity of work scope and records into a database for managing material and cost
  • Monitors changes to design and construction work, measures and value work done.
  • Manages the full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, claims and measurement/ bill of quantities
  • Prepares tender document, bid checklist, secure bid and prepares bid evaluation and summary

Requirements:

  • Degree in any Engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
  • Familiarity with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage.
  • Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to commit overtime as and when required
  • Willing to be trained in Singapore
