Job Title - Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location - Cebu Philippines

Experience Range - 3 to 5 years

Work shift - Support US Eastern time zone. Weekend and US holiday support also, along with weekday support

The Customer Service Representative will answer inquiries from producers, policyholders, and vendors.

The Customer Service Representative will also perform data entry as well as endorsement processing. Finally, the Customer Service Representative will participate in self-development to improve technical knowledge and other business related skills.

REQUIREMENTS


• Solid knowledge of technology including Microsoft office products and the ability to type at least 35 WPM
