Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in process engineering and/or project management (manufacturing/industrial background is an advantage but not required).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, databases, and spreadsheets; computer literate.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project information simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Average proficiency in written and oral communication.

Job Description:

  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of all Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Prepare and maintain material and project codes required for production and installation.
  • Conduct value engineering to optimize project requirements based on available materials and existing capabilities.
  • Oversee proper process routing of project items from initiation to execution.
  • Maintain and update all relevant data in the project monitoring system.
  • Ensure compliance with established process flow routing and completion of all steps.
  • Safeguard and uphold the company's image and reputation.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
