The core function of the Asset Management Specialist is to support the Senior Specialist in the implementation and maintenance of effective asset management practices at the Transition Business Group - North Luzon. This role is vital for ensuring the plant's assets operate with optimal performance and reliability.

  • Monitor, facilitate, and ensure AMS implementation at the site as per ISO55001 requirements, IAM framework, Transition Business Group - North Luzon Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), and site Asset Management Plans.
  • Act as the conscience of the business, ensuring that O&M practices consider and manage the long-term integrity of the power plant, without compromising to achieve short-term deliverables/KPIs.
  • Seek opportunities for improving efficiencies and accreditations to ISO 55001 standards at the station.
  • Coordinate with AP TBG CAMO on cascading established standards and guidelines.
  • Participate in the internal audit for AMS at the site, collaborating constantly with AP Internal Audit and TBG IBPM Team to align on internal process controls requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain the Life Cycle Management Plan (LCMP) database.
  • Act as the custodian and key user of the Asset Strategy Management function, monitoring and reporting that the agreed asset strategies are being implemented by the responsible team.
  • Utilize EAM (IBM Maximo) to support sound asset management practice for Asset, Works Management, and Inventory Management processes.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:
Must be a Licensed Engineer with at least 2 years of

professional experience in a process plant, preferably in power generation, oil and gas, or manufacturing. At least 1 year of working experience in an ISO-Certified Company

is preferred.

Project Experience:
At least 1 year in a project coordinator role.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or

Chemical Engineering is required.

License Required:
A registered engineer license is required.
