About the role

Are you an experienced administrative professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Office In Charge to join the team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE' in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office and providing strategic support to the management team.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the overall administrative functions of the office, including filing, record-keeping, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and activities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other office software
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with administrative best practices and office management principles
