Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Cagayan De Oro City. The role includes designing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will promote company services, manage campaigns, and collaborate with teams to build brand awareness and drive client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in market research, campaign management, and client relationship building
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with teams
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms is a plus
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and capable of meeting sales targets
  • Prior experience in visa consultancy, international education, or a related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
