
Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's BPO services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before setting appointments.
- Schedule and confirm meetings between prospective clients and the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads to increase conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth handover of client information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation in a BPO setting.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
