Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's BPO services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before setting appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings between prospective clients and the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on warm leads to increase conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth handover of client information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation in a BPO setting.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Good listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
