About the Role

As a
SOC Senior Manager
. In this key leadership position, you'll be responsible for leading the
implementation and delivery of Security Operations Center (SOC) projects
, ensuring world-class cybersecurity operations leveraging our global delivery methods, tools, and assets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    implementation and delivery
    of Security Services projects.
  • Manage and mentor SOC teams to deliver high-quality security operations and incident response.
  • Oversee
    threat detection, monitoring, and response
    using industry-leading SIEM and EDR/XDR tools.
  • Develop and implement
    cybersecurity strategies
    aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure
    compliance
    with cybersecurity laws, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide guidance on
    incident resolution and crisis management
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and executive teams to ensure strong communication and alignment.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum
    10 years
    of professional experience in
    cybersecurity or related fields
    .
  • At least
    2 years
    in a
    senior SOC or leadership role
    .

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in
    SIEM platforms
    (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Google SecOps, Sentinel).
  • Strong background in
    EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, threat intelligence platforms
    , and
    cloud security
    .
  • Familiarity with the
    MITRE ATT&CK framework
    and
    Incident Response Methodology
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    Cybersecurity Laws, Regulations, Standards, and Policies
    .
  • Proven ability to manage SOC operations in complex environments.
  • Experience in
    risk management, policy creation, and IT governance frameworks (ITIL)
    .
