Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily security operations to ensure the safety and protection of employees, visitors, and company assets. The role includes supervising security personnel, implementing safety and security policies, conducting inspections, and coordinating emergency response activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all security personnel assigned to company premises and project sites.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of facilities to detect and prevent security breaches, theft, or safety hazards.
  • Oversee the monitoring of CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems to ensure their proper functionality.
  • Prepare incident, accident, and investigation reports, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, and external security providers as needed.
  • Manage the scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluation of security guards.
  • Conduct security briefings, orientations, and training for security staff.
  • Support emergency preparedness plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and crisis management.
  • Ensure that all security equipment and tools are properly maintained and accounted for.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
