DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Carries out clerical duties such as typing, editing, reproducing, scanning, etc.
  • Implements all written policies and procedures that govern the Human Capital Management Department.
  • Assists the Human Capital Manager in designing and assessing overall learning and development programs.
  • Compiles and presents information on possible training activities.
  • Prepares and documents report relating to training and development activities.
  • Ensures that all employees receive statutory and mandatory training.
  • Provides administrative support to all employees in the planning and delivery of learning and development programs and activities.
  • Monitors and collates learning and development evaluation forms.
  • Assists in the conduct of the onboarding (orientation sessions) for new employees.
  • Attends training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional, technical, and personal proficiencies.
