About the role

At GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO.', we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, virtual role based in Central Cebu City, Cebu, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and queries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • A friendly, patient and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an advantage, but not essential
