Role Summary:

We are in search of a Scrum Master with extensive experience in guiding agile teams to achieve their full potential. This role demands a professional who embodies the principles of Agile and Scrum, capable of enhancing team dynamics, removing impediments, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of facilitating team success in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Elevate the team's agility through continuous assessment and improvement of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies with precision and ensure adherence to Agile principles, enhancing team productivity and project delivery.
• Serve as a communication liaison between the team, management, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and effective dissemination of information.
• Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that impede team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Foster a collaborative environment where open communication and collective problem-solving are encouraged.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-maintained, prioritized, and understood, guaranteeing alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor and manage project performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize processes and team efficiency.
• Advocate for and implement Agile best practices across the team, contributing to the broader organizational adoption of Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, with a strong foundation in Agile principles.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in Agile project management tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and improve agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to handle complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel as required for team engagements and stakeholder meetings
