Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team in Manila for a Retail Account. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service experiences. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    College graduate of any IT-related course, or

    Undergraduate, Senior High School (SHS) graduate, or

    High School graduate (Old Curriculum)

  • Experience:

    With or without BPO experience

    At least 6 months of Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience is a plus

  • Skills:

    Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

    Strong problem-solving abilities

    English proficiency level of CEFR B2 or higher

  • Work Location: Must be amenable to work onsite in Manila

  • Availability: Must be able to start immediately

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support regarding retail products and services

Assist customers with order tracking, billing concerns, product information, and issue resolution

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and professional communication

Accurately document customer interactions in the system

Collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality
