We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing gaming data to identify trends, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization, and a passion for leveraging data to improve user engagement and gaming performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct ad hoc analyses and provide actionable insights as requested by management. Assist in data-mining and predictive analytics specific to the gaming industry. Review, validate, and interpret KPI data, preparing comprehensive reports for management.

Generate forecasts for key performance metrics, including revenue, user acquisition, and player lifetime value. Prepare property-level periodic reports of key performance indicators, highlighting trends and actionable insights. Perform routine maintenance and updates of gaming data marts.

Utilize data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders. Analyze player engagement metrics (e.g., retention, churn rates, in-game spending) to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Identify areas for enhancement in game mechanics, user interfaces, and gameplay using player feedback and data insights.

Collaborate with the gaming analysis manager on projects and tasks to meet organizational objectives. QualificationsOpen for Fresh Graduate: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis; experience in the gaming industry is a strong asset.

Experience in Microsoft Power BIDemonstrated ability to handle large and complex datasets effectively. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools. Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations, and processes.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences. Proven ability to interpret trends and generate actionable insights.
