Job Description

1.1.Ensure client/tenant retention and good relations.

1.2.Increase occupancy rate through careful, innovation, relevant and strategic planning and approaches in acquiring the target clientele or tenants. This includes close monitoring and maintained relations with various business partners and brokers.

1.3.Compliance to the desired Corporate Profiling of the company, or standardization.

1.4.Keenness to details and documentation. (With following skills: proficient in oral and written English communication, Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Google Suite, )

1.5.Preparation of renewal notices, contracts, and various communications related to the, and maintenance of, quality leasing operations.

1.6.Close coordination with the management as to the new sets of rules or regulations, including but not limited to, rental increments, length or term of lease, and various terms and conditions of the contract of lease.

1.7.Close coordination with various departments related to Leasing in order to maintain quality operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php27,000.00 per month
