About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chat & Email Support - Non-Voice Account representative to join our growing team at Cebu New Wave Recruitment Inc. in Cavite City, Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat and email channels, ensuring our clients receive the highest levels of care and attention.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively via chat and email
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, resolving their concerns and queries
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
