Job Title: Master Electrician

Job Summary:

The Master Electrician is responsible for overseeing, installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role also supervises electrical projects, ensures compliance with electrical codes, and provides technical expertise to support the institution's or company's electrical needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems to ensure reliability and safety.
  • Diagnose electrical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Supervise and guide electricians, apprentices, and other personnel in carrying out electrical tasks.
  • Review electrical plans, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets national and local code requirements.
  • Monitor electrical inventory, request necessary supplies, and maintain records of repairs and installations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, maintenance teams, and other departments for project planning and implementation.
  • Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
  • Provide technical advice, training, and mentoring to junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Master Electrician (valid PRC license).
  • Proven work experience as a Master Electrician or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical electrical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php800.00 per day
