Operations Manager

About the Role

The Operation Manager – Contract Logistics is responsible for the daily management of the upcoming Warehouse Operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the daily management of the upcoming warehouse operations emphasizing on performance of KPI's and managing the site.
• Acts as Project and Implementation Manager for the fit out of the warehouse.
• Liases with the Project Management Office, Procurement, suppliers for the day-to-day installation of the fit outs equipment and bid process.
• Assists the Operations Director with client roadshow and workflow for the incoming tenants of warehouse.
• Undergo system training and recruitment process of the warehouse staff prior to client Go Live.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Graduate of Logistics, Shipping, Freight. Engineering or Computer Science
• With 5-year experience and training in Contract Logistics operations and at least 3 years of related experience in a managerial capacity.
• Preferably with background working in Contract Logistics companies handling different multinational clients
• With actual experience on Contract Logistics Solution design and/or Project and Implementation Management.
• Knowledgeable on basic financial and accounting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
