Job Responsibilities/Task
· Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.).
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including OS, network connectivity, and basic application errors.
· Assist in setting up new user workstations and peripheral devices according to client specifications.
· Perform routine checks on workstation performance and report abnormalities.
· Support basic VOIP and headset configurations.
· Provide Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, and networks issues.
· Troubleshoot Windows Server OS, Office 365, VPN, FIX, and application support to our proprietary software interfaces to our customers during 8/5 hours of trading.
· Respond to support tickets via email.
· Assist with onboarding/offboarding (account setup, device provisioning). Document issues and resolutions accurately.
Job Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in IT or desktop support (preferably in a BPO or seat leasing setup).
· Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, networking (LAN/WAN), and remote desktop tools.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
· Willing to work onsite in a fast-paced BPO environment.
