Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial analyses, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Report, analyze, and explain quarterly projections, operating plans, and financial results.
  • Compile data, create visual reports, and develop business cases for finance and leadership teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to identify improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies.
  • Participate in special financial and business-related studies supporting strategic projects.
  • Provide financial perspective on strategy changes and assist in tracking performance against plans.
  • Use advanced analytical tools (SQL, Access, Excel, Oracle, Lawson, etc.) to extract and analyze business data.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, weekly forecasting, and ad hoc analysis requests.
  • Develop analytical tools and dashboards that drive insights for profitability and operational improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and complex business environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), Access, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Essbase, Smartview, Oracle, Access, and Lawson.
  • SQL and data mining experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.

  2. SQL & Data Mining – Extracting and analyzing data from complex systems to support financial modeling and insights.
  3. Advanced Excel & Financial Tools Proficiency – Building dynamic models, dashboards, and reports using Excel, Essbase, Smartview, Oracle, Access, and Lawson.
