Job overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with expertise in Amazon Flat Files to optimize and manage product listings across multiple European marketplaces. The primary goal is to update and enhance product assortment in various languages to improve SEO and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
  • Optimize product listings in multiple languages.
  • Create and manage product families.
  • Enhance SEO through keyword-optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, and attributes.
  • Identify opportunities for conversion and SEO improvements, implementing changes where possible or documenting them for later review.
  • Support administrative tasks to ease workload (following SOPs and Loom guides).

Skills

  • Required: Experience uploading flat files to Amazon
  • Required: Experience working with Helium 10
  • Preferred: Ability to work with multiple languages without being fluent.

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
