Specific Job title/Position: Assistant Vice President, Inside Sales Practice Development/Enrollment Director

  • Graduate of Bachelors' Degree
  • Willing to work ON-SITE in Cebu -Hybrid – usually Once a month required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day;
  • Flexible to occasionally visit our Cebu office to foster team engagement and business alignment, also to attend/facilitate in person trainings
  • Amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule & any shift assigned if needed: 9:00PM to 6:00AM PHT but can slide their shift; Rest Days: Saturdays and Sundays
  • Required:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Financial Services, or a Call Center environment.
  • Should be a mix experience in Sales handling Health and Wellness Services from a Financial Service/Call Center company (Insurance Credit, etc.)
  • Minimum of 1 year inside sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing managers with direct people management responsibilities.
  • Ability to grow a team and train people
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and solid knowledge of Salesforce functionality and reporting capabilities.
  • Must: Inside Sales experience, leadership skills, demonstrated leadership skills in driving team performance, collaboration with US counterparts, strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php165,000.00 per month
