  • Train and equip Franchisees and staff to be competent in running fully compliant, profitable and sustainable Julie's Bakeshop
  • Align and educate the Julie's Bakeshop personnel to the core principles, values and standards
  • Orient New Franchisee on training support offered to Julie's Bakeshops.
  • Facilitate the bakery exposure and immersion program of the new Franchisee and its staff
  • Mentoring and coaching bakery staffs to perform productively in their respective Job Functions
  • Monitor, evaluate and prepare written report on bakery staff performance and proficiency
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develops training design as assigned
  • Develop materials, presentations, forms for training programs
  • Willing to do fieldworks
