What you'll be doing

  • Handling all aspects of corporate travel booking, including air, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements
  • Providing expert travel consultation and advice to clients to ensure their business trips are seamless and cost-effective
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and proactively communicating any updates or changes to travel itineraries
  • Utilising your excellent problem-solving skills to promptly address any travel-related issues or queries
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, policies, and supplier offerings to deliver the most relevant recommendations to clients
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our travel booking processes and protocols

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience in corporate travel management or a similar client-facing role in the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using online booking tools and travel management platforms
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to efficiently handle a diverse workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear travel recommendations
  • A passion for the travel industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients
