Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader for Appointment Setters to manage and support a team responsible for scheduling client appointments. The role requires excellent leadership skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to coach team members to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of appointment setters.
  • Monitor daily performance, provide feedback, and ensure team meets quotas.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve call quality and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure efficient coverage and productivity.
  • Handle escalations and support team members with client concerns.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with management to align team goals with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO, telemarketing, or sales environment.
  • Strong background in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and create action plans.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
