Key Roles

  • Provide assistance to the Marketing Officer in the coordination of various projects.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Oversee the organization of events, including booking venues, securing suppliers, and procuring marketing resources.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Services team to update and manage the inventory of marketing assets and collateral.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely production and delivery of materials.
  • Carry out daily administrative responsibilities to ensure the effective operation and coordination of the department.
  • Update and maintain the department's documentation and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least one year of working experience in Marketing field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal skills, Oral and written communication, Attention to details and Organized, Sound judgement, Professionalism, and a Positive attitude
  • Willing to be assigned in San Pablo, Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
