We Are Hiring: Asset Optimization Manager

Location: Cebu City

Do you have the expertise to maximize the value and performance of company assets? We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Asset Optimization Manager who will oversee, monitor, and optimize the utilization of our equipment, machinery, and resources to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support our construction projects.

Core Functions
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset performance, lifecycle, and utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment usage, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and downtime to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Establish systems for asset tracking, scheduling, and deployment across multiple project sites.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Warehouse teams to align equipment allocation with project needs.
  • Lead the development of preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce breakdowns.
  • Provide accurate reporting and analytics on asset productivity, availability, and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • Asset Utilization Efficiency – Ensure equipment is properly deployed and used at optimum capacity.
  • Maintenance & Reliability – Minimize equipment downtime through effective preventive and corrective measures.
  • Cost Management – Achieve significant savings through reduced idle time, fuel efficiency, and lifecycle management.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive asset reports to management.
  • Compliance & Safety – Maintain 100% adherence to operational safety and regulatory guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Asset utilization rate of at least 85–90% across projects.
  • Reduction of equipment downtime by 15–20% annually.
  • Preventive maintenance compliance rate of ≥ 95%.
  • Reduction of fuel and operating costs by at least 10% per year.
  • 100% timely submission of asset reports and analysis.

  • In-depth knowledge of equipment lifecycle management, asset tracking systems, and maintenance planning.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset management, equipment utilization, or related roles (preferably in the construction industry).

  • Experience in handling large-scale projects and multiple site coordination is an advantage.
