About the role

As a WAVE 2 CALL CENTER AGENT - NO VERSANT at AGVILL RESOURCES INC', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and digital channels. This full-time role will be based in Danao City Cebu, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative call centre environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Updating customer accounts and records in the company's systems
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  5. Adhering to all call centre policies, procedures and quality standards
  6. Contributing to a positive team culture and collaborating with colleagues

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail, telecommunications or financial services industries
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable attitude
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
