Customer Service Representative (Billings)
Cebu City
Night Shift, On-Site (Fixed Weekends-Off)
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle mortgage-related inquiries and billing concerns. The candidate must have strong communication skills, at least 2 years of BPO experience in financial or billing accounts, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for mortgage servicing inquiries
- Assist customers with loan balances, payments, escrow, and interest rate questions
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Educate customers on mortgage processes and available options
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Work with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with mortgage servicing regulations
- Meet performance goals for quality, satisfaction, and productivity
Qualifications:
- College graduate or completed college-level education (required)
- Minimum 2 years of BPO experience in billing or financial accounts (required)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Experience in billing and collections is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
