We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the restaurant operations of our hot pot restaurant and ensure excellence in service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to build a motivated team.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering to maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Implement cost control measures and meet sales and profit targets.
  • Coordinate with management for promotions, marketing, and special events.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store/Restaurant Manager or similar role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory management.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be amenable to work in Lucky China Town.
