Overview

We are seeking a Director of Infrastructure to strategically lead and manage our technology infrastructure, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and security. This critical role oversees cloud services (with a focus on GCP), network operations, and automation efforts to support rapid business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term infrastructure roadmap and manage the budget. Lead, mentor, and grow the Infrastructure team.
  • Cloud Operations: Oversee the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
  • Reliability: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all systems. Establish robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity procedures.
  • Automation: Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform/Ansible) and automation across all infrastructure domains.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex, highly available distributed systems.
  • GCP Expertise: Deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of networking, security principles, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with IaC tools.
  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, strategically plan, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
