Requirements

  1. Valid Driver's License


•Must hold a Professional Driver's License with restriction code applicable to 6-wheeler trucks .

  1. Clean Driving Record

  2. No major traffic violations, accidents, or revoked licenses.

Experience & Skills

  1. Driving Experience

  2. At least 2–3 years of experience driving medium/large trucks (ideally with refrigerated or delivery trucks).

  3. Knowledge of Road Safety

  4. Defensive driving skills, awareness of road signs, and compliance with transport regulations.

  5. Route Familiarity

  6. Knowledge of delivery routes, traffic patterns, and navigation tools in davao city / to tagum/ panabo etc.

  7. Vehicle Handling

  8. Ability to maneuver in tight areas, load/unload safely, and handle long-distance trips.

Industry-Specific Requirements

  1. Cold Chain Awareness

  2. Basic understanding of refrigerated trucks (reefer units) and temperature control.

  3. Ability to monitor and maintain correct frozen cargo temperature during delivery.

  4. Cargo Handling

  5. Safe handling of frozen goods to prevent thawing, damage, or contamination.

  6. Documentation

  7. Properly logging deliveries, waybills, and temperature checks.

Physical & Personal Qualifications

  1. Good Health & Physical Fitness

  2. Fit enough for long driving hours and manual cargo handling.

  3. May require a medical certificate (especially for professional drivers).

  4. Professionalism

  5. Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.

  6. Trustworthiness

  7. Since frozen goods are valuable, we are looking to honest and reliable drivers.

A 6-wheeler frozen goods delivery driver must have a professional license, relevant truck-driving experience, knowledge of cold chain handling, good physical condition, and professionalism.
